What the..., lots of tabs

OS: Windows XP



so i open firefox and my homepage opens four times in different tabs, i click home and again i have my homepage open up four more times, looks like this...



What the... do i do to solve this incredibly annoying problem?

Not sure exact answer, but check from Tools>Option on the Main tab and make sure you only have one instance of the link to your home page. Check your option settings on the Tab tab. Try clearing your cache and history from the Privacy tab under Privacy Data heading. Disable any Google or other tool bars/extensions if this doesn't help.
