Assuming money is no problem for you, I'd suggest you go with 8800GTS 512mb.. And assuming that you are yet to have that rig, I also suggest you to replace motherboard and processor with below:

Any P-35 based Intel motherboard, my suggestion for best bang for buck is Gigabyte P53-DS3..
Any E8xxx series Intel processor, if you cant find any, just go for any E6x50 series processor.. I recommend you E8200 or E8400 processor..

about Rosewill PSU, based on my personal experience, I perhaps may recommend you to get a better one.. but that PSU will do the job..

And if you already have the rig and just looking for a video card, just go for 8800GTS if money is not an issue for you :)

The thing is, if he does change his processor, that means he has to change his motherboard as well. I don't think he wants to spend more money.
If this is for a gaming machine, I would suggest the 9600GT because it is more powerful than 8800GTS 320MB. But if you're going to use this for like editing videos, watching movies and such, then I would suggest the ATI 3870 as it has more support on those things.

First of all thanks for the answers guys, and ya I would prefer an intel setup, but found out that I can save more money with an AMD setup, so I am actually pretty set on this setup, am actually $100 over budget so ya. But am willing to look at other options in this same prcie range. So u guys would recommend the 8800gts over the diamond, o and I am not the biggest gamer, but would like the option.

If you're talking about the 8800GTS that you posted, I suggest going with the 9600GT or the ATI 3870 but if money is not a problem, go with an 8800GT (if you have adequate cooling on your system).
What exactly are you using this computer for?

Because your only gaming on a 20" monitor and don't seem to be the biggest gamer, the 9600GT or HD37870 (which ever is cheaper) should suffice.
I strongly recommend you change that PSU, I'm willing to give you suggestions if you give me your budget for a PSU.

Hi thomas.. my apology.. I thought it was 8800GTS 512mb.. but actually you point to 8800GTS 320mb.. if that's the case, I would recommend you ATi 3870 vga card if money is not an issue for you...

I would recommend this 9600GT as it is only $150 after rebate. It performs about the same as the HD3870, but in this case it is cheaper. Also, seeing as you have an SLI board, you will be able to SLI the 9600GT in the near future, which seems to scale very well. Notice I say near future, because if you wait too long it will probably become more economical to just buy a single card with much better performance.

Umm I actually thought the cpu seemed really good for the money, but i guess anything in that price range or less if u know of something better/faster. And same with the video card whatever u guys think is the best that I can get for about $200 or less.

How so? 500W should be plenty.

Gaming performance wise it's the exact same thing as the HD3870. Out of the cards you have selected, the 8800GT is the most powerful gaming card. In all honesty, I'd follow stettybet0's advice considering it's the cheapest option and a 20" monitor won't require a more powerful card. It probably has the best performance/$ ratio on the market right now.

If you are up to the suggestion, I'd also suggest a better burner then what you have already selected.

Because there are not as many pixels on a 20" monitor, it doesn't require a more powerful card to play games. Though, because the 8800GT is more powerful, it'll last a longer time frame, just something to keep in mind. Though the difference between these two are card not enomous.

O and what burner do u recommend, thought it didn't really matter.

Doesn't make a huge deal, but there are better drivers out there that produce better burns and that last longer.
