Why does my computer screen blink, 10 minutes ago

I have a windows XP
When the computer is turned on the computer screen blinks for about 30 minutes then stops . What would cause that ?

there are only 2 thigs that can cuas ethis the firs tis a currpt video driver the second and more likely scenario is that the video card is onthe way out
try going tothe manufacturers webiste forthe video card and downlaod the latest dirvers for win xp forhte card and then installnad reboot
should the issue continue it s time to go buy an new video card
