Win32/Renos.dz help please!, how do i remove this?

New Member Posts: 1 OS: windows vista home edition	ok so i think this is the virus that my computer has. when i start windows windows defender pops up saying i do and i click to remove it, but nothing happens. this virus opens pop-ups,redirects my search engine, and plays random commercials and music even when my browser is closed. please give me some advise!
