I have been wanting some more display options but have heard that Windows Blinds is not the best to use. That has been a couple of years ago thought and thought that it may have improved. Any suggestions? Thanks

the last time i used windowblinds...i wasn't happy with it...it never worked the way i wanted and it slowed my pc down (granted...my home computer is 7 years old)...i usually prefer to just break out photoshop and make some nifty wallpapers and things like that...it's easier
