I have tried all of the steps that are requested before I post a hijack log and the problems continues to happen. At first I would only get this message randomly whenever I opened my itunes. Over time it has grown to happen whenever I open any internet broweser IE or Firefox and Microsoft word. Here is the log and thank you ahead of time for any help i might receive.

Please print the below instructions or copy them to Notepad.

Go to My Computer->Tools->Folder Option->View and check 'Show hidden files and folders' and uncheck 'Hide protected operating system files'. Go to your c: drive. Right click on the boot.ini file and go to Properties. Then double click on the boot.ini file to open it. Change the line that says /NoExecute=OptIn and change it to /NoExecute=AlwaysOff. Now save the file and close it.

Uninstall the following via the Add/Remove Panel (Start->Settings->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs) if found:

Run a scan in HijackThis. Check each of the following if they still exist and hit 'Fix Checked' after you checked the last one:

Are there any problems now? If not, you should be set to go.

My aim still keeps shutting down at random times and now whenever i click on a link from an IM it closes AIM as well

Also, I am not able to delete the mywebsearch files when i searched them it says "make sure the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use.

Did you try deleting the folder in Safe Mode?

What other programs are having this problem? If it's just AIM, try using this tool to see if it helps.

I tried in safe mode and was able to remove it for aim...

It closes on me at random times saying there is an error the IM screens freeze up and recently if i click a link that is sent to me on there I get booted. I tried the fix software and there was no problems

Uninstall AIM and restart the computer. Reinstall AIM back and see if it still has issues.
