Windows Explorer Stops Working

New Member Posts: 6 OS: Windows Vista	When i am in the middle of using my computer, a message will appear that says "Windows Explorer has Stopped Working" then it will restart. Is there anything that i can do to stop this, and i would like to know if it is a virus or something else. Thanks
