Windows Explorer Stops responding & rundll32 errors

Please help

Everytime i try to open any files using explore i get the attached screen message not all the time but i also get a run32 dll has stopped working.
Reason for edit: Removed log, read the rules please

This could be due to various reasons. Some of them are sypware or some sort of virus, do you have antivirus and antisypware software installed (and up to date)?.
Do you have the latests updates from Windows Update?

Have you tryed restoring your system to a date before those errors started?
