I have downloaded and run the latest versions of Spybot S and D, Ccleaner, Ad-aware, and Microsoft antispyware while in Safe Mode. I also have Norton AV and have kept it updated. These have identified some risks (like NewDotNet) which have been removed, but I still get the error message. When clicking on the technical data, the files it says will be included in the report to Microsoft is: appname:explorer.exe, ver 6.0.2900.2180 and the files are always from a folder in c:\Docume~1......\Locals\Temp. The files are called things like 1b46_appcompat.txt, b97f_appcompat.txt. I've done all that has been suggested for removal of Malware (including switching to Mozilla Firefox) but still no luck. Here's my HijackThis log. Any suggestions on how to fix it (and if this is even a Malware problem or a sign of something else) would be appreciated. Thank you.
