Thanks a lot for the help but I've encountered a few problems.
-O23 - Service: BusinessC (BusinessContinuity) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\msstl.exe (file missing) O23 - Service: DLL Manager (mswindll) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\mswindll32.exe (file missing) I tried clearing those seemed like it deleted fine but they just reappear everytime I do a new HJT log. -Ewido found 65 problems but got stuck around 62% when it encountered a file that I believe was in my temp, glb1a2b.exe . I googled that file and found it was a legitimate file used by both Adaware and Zone Alarm that hackers found a way to take advantage of. -ATF-Cleaner does not work, windows encounters a problem everytime I hit the "empty slected" button. -Panda found 52 problems, I tried twice but each time I try and save the report that explorer window stops responding Logfile of HijackThis v1.99.1 Scan saved at 2:04:55 AM, on 2/13/2006 Platform: Windows XP SP2 (WinNT 5.01.2600) MSIE: Internet Explorer v6.00 SP2 (6.00.2900.2180) Running processes: C:\WINDOWS\System32\smss.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\csrss.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\winlogon.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\services.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\lsass.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\spoolsv.exe C:\PROGRA~1\Grisoft\AVGFRE~1\avgamsvr.exe C:\PROGRA~1\Grisoft\AVGFRE~1\avgupsvc.exe C:\PROGRA~1\Grisoft\AVGFRE~1\avgemc.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\ZONELABS\vsmon.exe C:\WINDOWS\System32\alg.exe C:\Program Files\Zone Labs\ZoneAlarm\zlclient.exe C:\PROGRA~1\Grisoft\AVGFRE~1\avgcc.exe C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_03\bin\jusched.exe C:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunesHelper.exe C:\Program Files\iPod\bin\iPodService.exe C:\Program Files\Microsoft AntiSpyware\gcasServ.exe C:\Program Files\Microsoft AntiSpyware\gcasDtServ.exe C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Works Shared\wkcalrem.exe C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\csrss.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\winlogon.exe C:\WINDOWS\Explorer.EXE C:\Program Files\Microsoft AntiSpyware\gcasDtServ.exe C:\Program Files\Zone Labs\ZoneAlarm\zlclient.exe C:\PROGRA~1\Grisoft\AVGFRE~1\avgcc.exe C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_03\bin\jusched.exe C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe C:\Program Files\TrojanHunter 4.2\THGuard.exe C:\Program Files\Microsoft AntiSpyware\gcasServ.exe C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\MsnMsgr.Exe C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Works Shared\wkcalrem.exe C:\Program Files\LimeWire\LimeWire.exe C:\Program Files\Microsoft AntiSpyware\GIANTAntiSpywareMain.exe C:\Documents and Settings\Rob\Desktop\HijackThis.exe O2 - BHO: (no name) - {53707962-6F74-2D53-2644-206D7942484F} - C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\SDHelper.dll O2 - BHO: ST - {9394EDE7-C8B5-483E-8773-474BF36AF6E4} - C:\Program Files\MSN Apps\ST\01.03.0000.1005\en-xu\stmain.dll O2 - BHO: MSNToolBandBHO - {BDBD1DAD-C946-4A17-ADC1-64B5B4FF55D0} - C:\Program Files\MSN Apps\MSN Toolbar\MSN Toolbar\01.02.5000.1021\en-ca\msntb.dll O3 - Toolbar: MSN - {BDAD1DAD-C946-4A17-ADC1-64B5B4FF55D0} - C:\Program Files\MSN Apps\MSN Toolbar\MSN Toolbar\01.02.5000.1021\en-ca\msntb.dll O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Zone Labs Client] C:\Program Files\Zone Labs\ZoneAlarm\zlclient.exe O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AVG7_CC] C:\PROGRA~1\Grisoft\AVGFRE~1\avgcc.exe /STARTUP O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SunJavaUpdateSched] C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_03\bin\jusched.exe O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WorksFUD] C:\Program Files\Microsoft Works\wkfud.exe O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Microsoft Works Portfolio] C:\Program Files\Microsoft Works\WksSb.exe /AllUsers O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Microsoft Works Update Detection] C:\Program Files\Microsoft Works\WkDetect.exe O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [iTunesHelper] "C:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunesHelper.exe" O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [THGuard] "C:\Program Files\TrojanHunter 4.2\THGuard.exe" O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [gcasServ] "C:\Program Files\Microsoft AntiSpyware\gcasServ.exe" O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Microsoft Works Update Detection] C:\Program Files\Microsoft Works\WkDetect.exe O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [msnmsgr] "C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\msnmsgr.exe" /background O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Works Calendar Reminders.lnk = ?
