Windows Server 2003 & Exchange, Sharing with Exchange

I have installed server 2003 on my server, with that I have installed exchange server. I would like to use this to share tasks and Calendars within outlook with other users on the network. I am farily new to this and do not know where to start. I have the software and a solid working knowledge, but the specifics I do not know. Can anyone help?
