I recently have this problem where the blue screen of death got on my XP. As weird as that may sound, it has happened, and on two occasions simultaneously after a reboot, so I knew it isn't going to be temporary. Something is wrong with my notebook. last few days, I installed CCleaner, and removed just unused .dll files and other files.. it was about over 250.. I think that could have been what caused it.. or maybe my laptop is overheating, I'm not too sure. I'll post my HIjack log here. Please help! Thanks guys! You guys are awesome! ======================================================= Logfile of HijackThis v1.99.1 Scan saved at 1:04:59 AM, on 4/28/2007 Platform: Windows XP SP2 (WinNT 5.01.2600) MSIE: Internet Explorer v6.00 SP2 (6.00.2900.2180) Running processes: C:\WINDOWS\System32\smss.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\winlogon.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\services.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\lsass.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\Ati2evxx.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\Ati2evxx.exe C:\WINDOWS\Explorer.EXE C:\WINDOWS\system32\spoolsv.exe C:\WINDOWS\ehome\ehtray.exe C:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI Control Panel\atiptaxx.exe C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_06\bin\jusched.exe C:\Program Files\Synaptics\SynTP\SynTPEnh.exe C:\Program Files\hpq\HP Wireless Assistant\HP Wireless Assistant.exe C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe C:\Program Files\Common Files\{4BED8B03-0702-1033-0818-060603150001}\Update.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\ctfmon.exe C:\Program Files\Google\GoogleToolbarNotifier\1.2.1128.5462\GoogleToolbarNotifier.exe C:\Program Files\AIM6\aim6.exe C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\MsnMsgr.Exe c:\progra~1\intern~1\iexplore.exe C:\Program Files\AIM6\aolsoftware.exe C:\Program Files\HP\Digital Imaging\bin\hpqimzone.exe C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe C:\Program Files\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware Pro\aawservice.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchosts.exe C:\WINDOWS\eHome\ehRecvr.exe C:\WINDOWS\eHome\ehSched.exe C:\Program Files\Common Files\LightScribe\LSSrvc.exe C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VS7Debug\mdm.exe C:\Program Files\Alcohol Soft\Alcohol 120\StarWind\StarWindService.exe C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\Shared\hpqwmiex.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllhost.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\wscntfy.exe C:\WINDOWS\eHome\ehmsas.exe C:\PROGRA~1\hpq\Shared\HPQTOA~1.EXE C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe C:\Documents and Settings\Tom Ray\Desktop\HijackThis.exe R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://ie.redirect.hp.com/svs/rdr?TYPE=3&a...o&pf=laptop R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = http://ie.redirect.hp.com/svs/rdr?TYPE=3&a...o&pf=laptop R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Connection Wizard,ShellNext = http://ie.redirect.hp.com/svs/rdr?TYPE=3&a...o&pf=laptop R3 - URLSearchHook: Yahoo! Hey Guys!
I noticed no one is able to comment yet! Recently, the blue screen came up about 4-5 more times.. Once during when I closed my laptop and another time, in the middle of an IM. I realized it was a driver problem as it stated one of the drivers had a critical error, but I could never locate the screen right away. Could anyone direct me to a site where driver restoration is available for windows XP? I used CCleaner before this problem occured, and I am not sure if that could be the cause of it as I may have deleted something important. Thanks, - Tom |

Hey guys! I found out the name of my error. It says
Driver Error: Driver_IRQ_NotLess or something like that "Stop Error: Driver IRQ Not Less or Equal occurs occasionally" Is what I found online, and it seems a few people have the same errors. Does this help any? |
