New Member  Posts: 1 OS: Windows XP  |
I have performed the following options: 1. verified that the printer and printer cable is not the problem. 2. verified that the USB port is not the problem. 3. removed the printer setup from computer. When I went to reinstall the printer, the computer would not recognize that a printer was present even when I proceed to use the printer's installation CD. Does anybody have any ideas what to do? |
