I have a home domain network with a windows server 2003 domain controller. One of my XP computers is constantly having trouble connecting to network recources and is extremely slow logging in. I am consistently getting the errors below in the application log. I found someone else with the exact same problem on another forum. http://www.webservertalk.com/archive52-2005-1-887707.html However, the solution given there, of "removing the ISP assigned DNS entries and in place put the DOMAIN controller" does not work. When I do that I am not able to connect to the internet at all. So I think the problem is the domain controller's DNS is not set up for DNS forwarding to the ISP assigned DNS entries. I am not sure how to do that. I also have my DC set up as a DHCP server, but for some reason it stopped working and I had to turn on my routers DHCP and ever since then I have had problems. Maybe if I get the DHCP server on my DC working, that will solve the problems. Any help would be appreciated.
