Windows xp booting problem

OS: windows xp



my computer wont boot.. it keeps rebooting every time it starts loading windows it reboots again and again..i tried using the cd .. and going in through safe mode and all the crap it just wont go in. i even bought a new hard drive..please help

going in through safe mode and all the crap doesn't tell me much, sorry. What exactly did you try?

Did you select Last known good configuration
Did you select Turn off automatic restart

Were you able to login in safe mode? Did you try logging in as Administrator instead of your usual userid?

Really need more information to be able to help you.
