OS: XP

Hi,
My Son's computer is not being able to go to Windows. We get the blue screen with the warnings about shutting down computer to avoid damage. We have gone to the setup screen and the CD drive is set up to be booted from 1st, just like you instructed, but it does not allow us to even reboot from the XP disk. Any thoughts?

Thank you

When you have the XP CD in the drive and boot the computer, do you notice a "press any key to boot from CD" prompt?
