XP logs off, can only log in on safe mode

Hi,
We recently had this problem come up.

After clicking the user account it begins to log on then suddenly says Loggin off and goes back to the login screen again. I can log in through safe mode ok.
I searched around for some help. Mostly found stuff about copying the userinit.exe and wsaupdater.exe. I've gone through all those steps but nothing works.
Any suggestions

try system restore...go back at least a week before the problem started..

Issue resolved. I removed Spycatcher and was able to log in no problem.
