Help me please!!I have found Spyware and Adware on my computer and have had a problem with my Yahoo browser ever since.I will be online for a little while when suddenly my computer will freeze up and then say not responding.I will eventually have to end program and this in turn kicks me off line. After I am kicked offline it will tell me Yahoo Browser not responding and do I want to send report to microsoft or not.I love my Yahoo Browser and do not want to have to use another one.I have downloaded and used Spybot on more than one occassion.I also ran Norton and noticed Hijackers.I had it deleted, but I am still having a problem.I have even restored my computer to an earlier date. This computer is basically brand new,I just got it 4 days ago from Rent-a-Center.Can I fix this Browser problem? Is there anything else that I can download to get rid of this crap??I despertly want to keep using my Yahoo Browser, but this is starting to get old.I dont want to have to return this computer for something else there at rent-a-center,I have a Compaq Presario and love it.???I mean is this a problem that can be fixed??By the way,my boyfriend downloaded a so called free spyware removal program and this actually installed all this on it rather than taking it off. angry.gif Please help!!Thanks!!

Let us take a closer look at what is running on your PC. We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool (HiJackThis) and post a log back here with the results.

Click the HijackThis Guide in my signature, download it and follow the instructions in the guide.

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results. smile.gif
