helpsmilie.gif I'm new and used search feature, but it didn't come up with anything.

I Will be getting Yahoo SBC DSL later this week and want to be sure I have all of the information before I start my install. I do have some information already that I got from doing Google searches. But want to cover all of my bases and prevent any possible system problems.

I'm looking for: what to do, avoid, and possible shortcuts.

My machine is a Dell Dimension PIII XPS T450, Windows 98, 128 MB RAM

the set up instructions that will come with your modem will be pretty concise...there isn't really a set way of figuring out what could or couldn't go wrong with the set up...so this one will be difficult
