OS: Windows 2000, Windows XP, WIndows Vista

My main computer runs Windows XP with verizon DSL (a Westell Model 327W Router). It is connected via a Linksys Wireless B 2.4GHZ adapter to another computer running Windows 2000. Recently my daughter got a Dell laptop running Windows Vista. When she had problems connecting to the internet, she called Verizon and they updated/restarted the router. Since then, I cannot get on the internet on the computer with the WIndows 2000. Last night I spent 3 hours on the phone with Verizon and all they were able to do, was destroy the internet connection on the laptop . So after 3 hours I went from having internet access on 2 computers, with a problem on only 1, to only 1 computer able to access the internet.

The message in the topic title is what I get when I start my wireless connection on the Windows 2000. I have checked and rechecked that the ip addresses are all the same and I don't know what to do. I certainly don't want to call Verizon, since I'll probably end up with no working computers.
