Is there away to create a system that....

-Has multiple videos (i.e. playlist)
-where each video plays at a specific time

basically as if it was tv.

if i had 5 videos and I wanted....
video 1 to play 6pm monday, 32nd smarch 2099
video 2 to play 7pm monday, 32nd smarch 2099
video 3 to play 6pm weds, 34th smarch 2099
video 4 to play 6pm fri, 36th smarch 2099
video 5 to play 7pm, fri, 36th smarch 2099

(i used silly dates but its the principle)
is there anyway to do this.

AND

if you went on the webpage with the embeded video 5mins after start time can you make it so its 5mins into the video

OR

make the video availble to watch for a time period (so at 6.50pm fri, 36th smarch you could watch video 4, then refresh the page at 7.10pm and it wil play video 5)????


I no this is a tall order but i just need basic embedded videos, that are time specific.
