I have a web cam which i use for both aim and msn messenger. The video stream is fine (i can see both myself and my contact), however, I can hear my contacts speak, but they cannot hear me. I checked the hardware to correct the sound issue, but that is not the problem (i even called Dell for this). Dell suggested it may be a software problem but they want to charge a fortune for help with no guarantees. I know the camera mic is working fine as well as I can record and hear any videos I recorded. The problem is just limited to the instant messenger functions. Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone have any ideas on how I can correct the problem?
