in run command
i type in cmd hit enter
plain black box appers no writing just plain black screen with flashing curser
not allowing me to type
then when coming out of black screen wont shut down another box comes up and i have to end program from that box
i was trying to get my broadband pinged when the it server suggested to go into cmd but i could not get any futher he suggested that there could be a virus
