Are you able to boot in Safe Mode

(Continually hit F8 during start up - or F11 - and select "Boot in Safe Mode")

Which Operating System?

Can you please give more information?

my office computer (broken one) is a windows 98 btw

it takes to me to screen during startup that says "operating system not found"

and if i click any key on the keyboard, my computer will make a noise then it will say that "operatig system not found" again.

So, you have a computer that supposedly has Windows 95, yet you get an error message that indicates that it is unable to locate the operating system...

What manufacturer is this computer from?

This website hosts the boot disk downloads for 98. You may download these and burn them to a disk. If your operating system is completely gone, this will not help.
