Hello,
I was recently infected with spyware (SpywareStrike,Startpage Trojan, ??Gold) anyway you get the picture. I bought and subscribed to Zerospyware 2005 about a year ago and it has held up well until this incident. I've spent well over 20 hours with 24/7 emergency chat "Specialists" I can move fast, I know my pc well, and I was forced to cut and paste and search and send and dadada. I was ok for a day or two and bam the same crap is right back where it was doin the same crap as before. I happened upon ur site and a post where a fella had the same crap, and I followed the instructions he was given and whalla I'm good to go. Thank you Geeks so very much for showing me how to do this in under 10 minutes!!!!!!

Signed,
Convinced that real genius is hidden in back alleys and NEO must seek Morfius out there rather then following the signs that read "24/7 Emergency Support Specialists"
