cant transfer files to my psp

i get the error "error copying file or folder make sure file path name is corrrect"

its weird psp is the only one thats giving me problems on my sis laptop or dads comp i can transfer fine to my psp

when i disabled 2.0 annd use 1.1 it works but slow and now i cant disable 2.0 anymore because it disables every usb port

or how can i disable usb 2.0 without having disabling every usb port?
