hi, i just changed the internal hard drive for my laptop, so i decided to keep the old drive and turn it into an external hard drive. i have all the materials such as the case for the hard drive, but i am having a hard time accessing my old files on there cause previously i had a password needed to access my account. is there a program i can download to change the permissions or ownership to a default for full access? because after i move all my important files back to the laptop i wanna empty the external drive for full use.
