choppy video and sound

New Member Posts: 1 OS: xp sp 3	I'm having some trouble with my laptop. It's my only computer so I use it for everything from gaming to watching video, and I'm having some trouble with video and sound. It is always really choppy. It's actually not that bad when gaming (Star Wars Galaxies) but is very bad when just watching a movie or listening to music. Any idea's as to the cause?
