clon.biz removal another victim! [CLOSED]

Hi one of my friends has fallen victim to the clon.biz hijacker and i am unable to remove it.

I have read various posts on these boards and a thinking each case is unique or slightly different.

I have run l2mfix.bat with the following results any help or advise would be grately appreciated.
