I have a Windows XP, 1024 MB ram, Geforce 6200 computer. The power unit is an 450w ATX. When playing games, at any moment, the computer will completely lock up. Sound stops coming out and i need to press the power button to restart it. This happens with almost every game I've tried, but it doesn't when browsing the net / writing stuff etc. I really need to fix this, please help. Some of the games I've tried work fine on my older computer, but this one always lock up at one point, so I'm 100% there's something wrong with it. please help.
