WHen I try to download antisuper spy ware home edition, my computer locks up and it says it's not responding. Also as soon as I enter your site I get this message -windows cannot find '(nukk)' make sure you typed correctly try again. To search for a file click start & search. Then I get a blank internet explorer screen. The longer I try the more of these I get, 24 once. Then I lose everything. What should I do next? Thanks, Karen
