computer restarts after shutdown

Hey,

When I shutdown my computer it restarts again about 30 seconds later. I checked all my power options, their normal. Computer has an intel 3.0 with asus motherboard(if that helps at all) confused1.gif
Thanks for any help on this matter.

Had this problem after I reinstalled Win XP and updated it.

Check out

It has several things you should check and it helped me solved the problem on my system.
