computer restarts when starting a game, command and conquer 3

OS: Windows XP



I recently got Command and Conquer 3. I played it once, then closed it. I tried playing again but it restarted my computer and did it several times after. Is something wrong with my computer? It says that Windows has recovered from a serious error.

you can't play at optimum video settings due to using intergrated graphics. However, I suggest that you apply the latest patch (1.5/1.05) for C&C3. This should resolve a number of issues. To update just run the Control Center and then "update". Note that CC runs when you insert the cd or you can get to it by navigating the start menu on your pc.
