copying users, groups and computers from one server to another runing

OS: XP



l have a server runing windows 2000 advanced server with a domain controller by name ANC.com

l have setup another server of almost the same specification for off-site purposes. This machine is setup, configured as a domain controller with same name.

l want to way a of copying the users, groups, and computers in the first machine to the off-site machine.

any help?
