Hello everyone, I am new here

I have a problem with my laptop running slow and crss.exe seems to be taking up alot of memory - I have searched the site and done all the usual things like run ATF cleaner, avg antispyware and superantispyware. Also I have scanned the whole computer with Norton anti virus and CA antivirus.
