When I try to turn on my Dell Inspiron 4100 it doesn't come on the Power and HArd drive lights come on for several seconds but it does not spin up and boot. It doesn't matter if i have the ac adapter only plugged in or use the battery. I have seen some really old posts on this site with similar problems but no resolution
