directory for website, .com/blog

I want to know how if I type in www.mydomain.com/blog, to make it go directory to www.mydomain.com/blog/index.

Put the file in the blog folder you want to use and name it index.html:

www.mydomain.com/blog/index.html

If you have a web page named index.html in the www.mydomain.com/blog directory then that should be the page that comes up by default.
