eTrust EZ Firewall, Can't install new security software

OS: XP
Over a year ago, I installed Road Runners security software. Tried installing a new security suite and I'm unable to do so because the security center tells me that eTrust EZ Firewall is on. I have uninstalled everything that I think it might be and can't get rid of it. I tried several of the previous options you listed, but nothing has worked yet. What do I need to send you. I found this site through a search of problems uninstalling. Thanks
