HI I need a software package that can do the following,

1. Send out abridged email newsletter and have the usual stats management system, opt in etc. There will be links to the complete newsletter on the site.
2. The complete newsletter must be hosted on my site, site uses Windows/ASP.NET/SQL
3. I want control, no web designer, so must be relatively easy to work.
4. Old newsletter must be archived on the website.
5. Hopefully the software can do this and be used on multiple sites with one licence.

ANY RECOMMENDATIONS WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Thanks
