when does the error appear? when you open your browser?

check your network adapter's driver:
Right click My Computer -->Properties.
Go to Hardware Tab then Device Manager.
Find the Network Adapters in the list and check if they're installed

Check your Internet Protocol (TCP/IP):
go to network connections
right click on your network adapter -->Properties
Scroll down and see if Internet Protocol is checked

hope that helps biggrin.gif
