I'm red faced again. I run my spyware scan & can't figure out how to finish it. It is thru scanning but when I click the finish button I get a message saying something to the effect that it isn't finished yet & do I really want to finish. I've tried everything I can see to do & nothing is working. How do I remove infections & finish scan? thanks.
