first winfixer, now something else! [RESOLVED], reinstalled windowa, now a new problem

Hi, I reinstalled window to get rid of winfixer after trying ad-aware, spybot, and everything else that is recommended at this website. Nothing worked until I reinstalled windows, but now I have constant popups with warnings about the registry and such. Can you help?
