my system has been working very slow. i've attempted to run a virus scan from several places, but have been unable to complete the scan because it always stops and freezes the whole computer. then after a few days the computer began restarting itself....and after it starts back up, it doesn't finish...it says it's missing a file...and it's always a different file that prevents the startup from completing....i've reset the computer to a previous date, but it hasn't helped at all it still restarts itself and then can't turn back on...i've reset it to factory and that hasn't helped either...im unable to discover what the problem is because i can't finish a virus scan....please help...here's my hijack this log...
