Hi, about a week ago I had restarted my computer and when I logged on, I had an error message saying


Now I can't open Windows Sidebar, Windows Media Player, Apple Software Update and some other of my applications. I do not have a previous restore point nor a Windows disc. I use Kaspersky Internet Security 7. No threats have been detected. Any further assistance would be excellent.

Could you pull up an error # or the like from the error log?

There is nothing, the pictures I posted are the only things that pop up. I open the application, and the first one says, then it goes to the next screen posted below.

Open control panel, then go to your administrative tools. Then open "Event Viewer" and take a glance through the logs to find the specific error for more info.

There's a lot of logs, can you get anymore specific?

Click the "performance" tab. How much RAM is being used? How much RAM does your computer have?

Okay you might have malware, however my guess is that it's a system resource problem. I sugguest you run a MemTest.

I'm scanning with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, right now.
