(help) avi files cause explorer.exe to crash

i already tried this:

Start > Run > type regedit and press enter

Navigate to:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers

If there is an entry in there with the name DivX in it, delete it.

Now navigate to:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\SystemFileAssociations\.avi\shellex\PropertyHandler\
Delete the value (default). It will then appear as an empty value.

Close the registry editor and reboot your computer

there are no DiX entry on the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers

& i can't delete the default on this one: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\SystemFileAssociations\.avi\shellex\PropertyHandler\
Go to the top of the page
