how do i open .fra file?

I get these errors- "it does not look likeyour system is configured to properly view this file." and "windows cannot open this file"

Some filetypes cannot be "opened" as such, at least not to see anything meaningful like a document or picture file. They are used by a program in order for that program to run. An 'fra' file falls into that category, although that extension is used or created by several different applications, none of them interchangeable:

FRA Fifa World Cup Game Data fe Art Legalscr File
FRA Fractal Explorer Animation of Fractal Navigation Project
FRA FrameViewer File
FRA Fractint Fractal Graphic
