how do you use lsp fix to fix the runtime error, help

i just downloaded lspfix but i need to no how to use it to get rid of my runtime error

Hello tim100689,

lspfix is an advanced tool and could cause you to lose your internet access if used incorrectly. Before doing anything with lspfix, please download WinsockXPfix just incase you lose your internet connection.

Can you please tell us the exact runtime error, or even provide us with a screenshot?
