how to convert from MPEG/AVI to .TRP

hey guys,

i am using windows xp sp3.i have a DVBT receiver and it can only play .trp files. i have been searching for a way to convert my movie files mpeg,avi etc. to .trp. do you have any suggestions on a software or a way to convert between the 2 formats?
