how to convert a finale notepad file into an mp3 mp4 wav..., HELP i searched three hours on how to do this ...of no avail

i wrote a song for my music theory class.
but now i want to put it on my myspace profile-
but it is not in a song format,
i searched three hours with google, but i still have not found a free way to convert it.
if someone knows how i can do this for free, plz help me.
ill be checking daily for replies.

Well maybe you could somehow copy it in Guitar Pro or app like Power tab editor, something like that. There you can also set a sound for like drums, guitar, piano, bass etc...
