how to delete these items from my hijackthis log

OS: windows XP



I went through my hijackthis log and found that these items are problems. How can i delete them permenatly from my computer?

O16 - DPF: {205FF73B-CA67-11D5-99DD-444553540013} - http://adserver.sharewareonline.com/adserver/Install.cab (x- defiantly not required)


O16 - DPF: {8FCDF9D9-A28B-480F-8C3D-581F119A8AB8} (MediaGatewayX) - http://static.zangocash.com/cab/Zango/ie/bridge-c8.cab (x-definatly not required, Adaware)


O16 - DPF: {B2B0AEDF-7CDF-4792-BB67-7654AD1E1B13} - http://scripts.downloadv3.com/binaries/IA/...svc32_EN_XP.cab (x- defiantly not required, dialer)

O16 - DPF: {DF780F87-FF2B-4DF8-92D0-73DB16A1543A} (PopCapLoader Object) - http://zone.msn.com/bingame/dim2/default/popcaploader_v6.cab (x-definatly not required)
